What is your return and exchange policy

Most chile products are perishable, so returns are limited. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to customer support right away so we can help.

Most items ship within one to three business days. Fresh chile follows seasonal shipping dates during harvest. You will receive an email once your order is on the way.

Hatch chile comes from the Hatch Valley in southern New Mexico, where the soil and climate create a flavor profile that cannot be duplicated anywhere else. The result is chile with rich heat, earthy notes, and a taste that has become part of New Mexico cooking.
